A twenty six week process,  exchangeing unproductive habits with good habits.    It’s not about teaching us to succeed although we do it’s to develop habits which will not allow us to fail.    We all know what needs to be done to succeed.

    I just told myself today “stop it!”. I then use the law of substitution and imagine me waving good night from my bedroom window to the 92 year old women across the street when I was 7 years old. Between those two things and now the bear hugs kettle, it is hard to be negative. Right?
